Secure the REST endpoints with proper permission + auth patterns
Add POST /wp-enterprise-showcase/v1/logs — requires current_user_can('manage_options') AND nonce. Public GET endpoint — permission_callback returns true but rate-limited via transient per IP. All failures return WP_Error with correct HTTP codes.
