Update edit.js. Import {useState, useEffect} from @wordpress/element + apiFetch from @wordpress/api-fetch + Spinner from @wordpress/components. In edit(): useEffect calls apiFetch to GET /logs when limit attribute changes. Show Spinner while loading. Show error Notice on fail.
